This was delicious! Cooked on a WSM w/ no water pan. Thermometer read just over 300 the entire duration. It took like an hour and 45 min. How’s it look?

Nice, try a full lit chimney next time and get it to 400F, juicy and skin comes out crispier! Same with wings or thighs.
