Hi all

Would you assume from this Weber chart that I need to add charcoal every hour or start with more per hour neccessary?

    I assume you’re talking about the amount of charcoal to smoke meats. If you have the Weber kettle look into using the snake method. If you have the WSM use the minion method. Both methods should have you covered so you don’t have to add charcoal for most of your cooks. I have the WSM and rarely ever have to add charcoal.

    It means to add extra based on intended cook duration. If the amount gets unreasonable for a long cook consider adding some halfway through.
