I rep for Cajun Power every chance I get. Although I should point out that even Spicy Cajun Power (shown here, distinct from original Cajun Power) isn’t very *hot.* But it IS *good.*

They have those Poirier sauces on clearance at Wal-Mart for $5 a bottle now.
I was going to get a bottle of the Creole Maple one, until I read the ingredients, and saw “Smokin Ed Ghost Pepper Powder.” I prefer not to give my money to that whack job.
