A woman lives in a Ukrainian village. In Ukraine, there is a traditional week ( Cheesefare Week) at the beginning of spring. It is called “Masnytsia” (“Syropust” etc.). This week, people prepare dishes with homemade cheese (cottage cheese). Innusya will cook 3 traditional dishes with homemade cheese: “varenyky”, “nalysnyky”, “vatrushky”. Three different types of dough and three different cheese fillings. Neirbors have cow. They hard work near cow. Milk, cheese and other cow`s products from neirbors.

This week, people prepare dishes with homemade cheese (cottage cheese) Milk and homemade cheese (cottage cheese). Innusya will cook 3 traditional dishes with homemade cheese using village oven. The puppy is happy that Innusya is back. 1,5 kg cottage cheese. 1,5 L milk.

You could buy “uzvar” for Innusya on the “buymeacoffee”! It is wonder support for her work. (link in comments). Recently, Innusya cooked Ukrainian “syrnyky” from this Cottage cheese! Last plate with cheese. Butter from mountains. Innusya has video about creating butter. (Link in descriptions or ask in comment) raisins. Eggs in all plates. Dill. This will be salted filling. The other two will be sweet. Salt. Butter. Cheese (bryndza) from the mountains. sour cream. The first dough for dumplings.

White flour. Salt. Milk. Eggs. Oil. Recently, Innusya cooked Ukrainian varenyky with berries in mountains. Salted filling with dill. Yeast dough for baking. (second type of dough). Milk. Yeast. Sugar. White flour. Leave for 30 min. Eggs. Sugar. Butter. After 30 min.

Do you like baking (pastry)? Which is your favorite pastry? Leave for 2 hours. The third type of dough. Liquid for pancakes. Eggs. Salt. Milk. White flour. Do you like pancakes? Sweet filling with raisin. Hot butter. After 2 hours. Leave for 20-30 min. Salt. Hot butter. Sour cream.

Are you surprised? Third sweet filling. only the yolk. Milk. Will bake together 20 min. After 20 min. Wondefull. Ukrainian “vatrushky”! Ukrainian “varenyky”. Ukrainian “nalysnyky”!     Ich würde gerne alles Probieren auch das mit Rosinen obwohl ich Rosinen wirklich nicht mag, aber es ist alles mit Liebe gekocht und es sind Traditionelle Gerichte. Tradition ist wichtig und muss weiter gegeben werden. Slava Ukraine .
