Having that extra space between the meat and fire makes one hell of a difference omg. I def like this grate better then the gbs one it has more surface area. Was like 25 bucks on Amazon
Of All gadgets that I have this one might be the best of them all.
Used royal oak lump that I lit using my blaza ball,
Left the sns and vortex out I truly notice a better flavor and experience when I DONT use any charcoal holder. Don’t know why but everything just comes out better. The radiant heat going to the indirect zones really makes a difference to me
