Another tasty day in my world.

Breakfast: 250g egg white cooked in 1tsp avocado oil. Hot sauce. 2 slices whole grain toast with avocado, tomato and everything but the bagel seasoning. 463cal

Lunch: ground Turkey, brown rice, steamed kale, canned diced tomatoes, 1tsp olive oil. 404cal

Dinner: 400g zucchini noodles, 75g mushrooms, 100g cooked chicken breast, 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce. 360cal

Snacks: apple (53), celery (21) with Greek yogurt-based dip (added tamari and everything bagel seasoning to yogurt – I ate half of what’s pictured) – 68 and a Made Good granola bar (not pictured). (100)

Also not pictured was 3 coffees with oat milk, one was made with that Barisa Oat creamer stuff and the lady was heavy-handed with it so the coffees added up to 105cal.
