I saw u/sears_wish_book post cookies similar to these here and I loved them! So I decided to give them a go for an Irish dinner on Sunday w my family. I only did the easier ones since I'm a newbie at all this. I think the family will like them! I'm still trying to get the detail icing down since I only use glaze icing and not RI. I'm a work in progress! Lol Thank you sears for the inspiration!
