Hello everyone, I’m currently in Korea and am curious to find out what this item is that we ate the other night.
We ordered seafood tteok-bokki which included squid and fish cakes….and these round-ish hard/chewy things that burst when you bit into them. The flavor was pretty pungent and strong, we weren’t a huge fan of them but would love to know what we were eating. The waiter wasn’t very helpful ;(
