I was craving for Cheetos and pretzels soooo bad. But at least I didn’t finish the whole bag in one sitting, thanks to the cukes!!!

    I’d count this as a win!

    You had a craving and you tempered it with a little of what you wanted and bulked it out with cucumber! That’s a positive habit!

    Going 250 over isn’t *ideal* but it’s not a disaster, you aren’t likely to be over maintenance for the week with that.

    cut 1 calorie over 250 days and you’re golden!

    consider that you counted the calories and portioned this out instead of free handing from a bag or eating the whole bag a win.
