I have only tried the ghost pepper sauce from Melinda’s, and absolutely hated it. I’ve always wanted to try pepper jelly! I’ve never found it in stores where I live.

Pan fried corn cakes and that shit are even better… heavy on the egg, baking powder, corn flour, salt, water….

Might sound weird but I’ve been mixing this into an “old fashioned” cocktail and it’s fantastic. Just a little sweet and spicy to go with the whiskey.
