I’m curious, is the cheese dip and cheese stuffs actually spicy? Or does it just taste of the pepper that is used? I find that adding cheese to something spicy, or anything fatty and/or creamy, milds out the spiciness significantly.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the flavor of many peppers so it’s not necessarily a bad thing.
I love the Renfro’s ghost pepper salsa btw. Haven’t tried much else here though.
