Ingredientes
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 Scoop vegan (or casein) protein powder
- 2 Scoops (tsp) psyllium husk/chia seeds (optional)
- 5g Cacao powder
- 15g Pure peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4-1/2 Cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk (or other liquid of choice)
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except the milk
- Mix in about a quarter cup of milk
- Continue adding milk a little at a time until the mixture is a little runnier than you would like your end result.
- Place in fridge or freezer for 1/2-1hr. If placing it in the freezer, scrape the sides of the bowl and stir every 10-20 minutes.
- When it reaches the temperature/consistency you prefer, top with whatever you like and enjoy.
