Gyeranbap Korean inspired breakfast

I adore savory dishes for breakfast, lunch and pretty much every meal to be honest 😂
This Korean rice dish is very similar to bibimbap but much easier!
Under 500 calories and super satisfying and filling.
All you need is steamed white rice, kimchi, eggs, chili crisp oil and spring onions!
Definitely recommend.
