INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups cabbage shredded
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
• 1 cup grapes halved
• 8 oz farro cooked and cooled
• 1/4 red onion diced
• 3 roasted baby bell peppers
• 1 avocado chopped
• 1 can white beans drained
• 2 persian cucumbers chopped
• 1 handful fresh dill chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
• 3 tbsp vegan yogurt
• 1 lemon squeezed
• 1 tbsp date syrup
• salt and pepper

Use my iceb lettuce because I want to eat my one pound of greens so I have my iceberg lettuce and then um one cup cherry tomatoes also I have some cherry tomatoes here I have some not all of them one cup grapes so I have grapes
Here um I don’t have the 8 oz Ferro cooked and cooled uh quarter Red Onion dice I don’t have a red onion I do have like a green spring onion kind of thing so I’m just using that and then three roasted baby bell peppers I was thinking
Of using my red peppers but um I didn’t cut them so yeah one avocado I’m just using half because it’s only me that is using it hello mayani Shu Sur hello Chang Wong hello Jose CH kaani hello in Islam um okay and then one canned white
Beans drain um I didn’t cook the can uh white beans I don’t use canned beans but I do have some chickpeas so I’m going to use that instead two pans cucumbers uh chopped i h have one Japanese cucumber one handful fresh dill I do not have fresh dill with me today I
Do have some dried dill though so we’ll just going to put in some Dred Dill uh 2 tablespoons fresh mean chopped I don’t have the fresh FR mint three tablespoons vegan yogurt yeah I have some vegan yogurt from um the from B hub no from
Veg Fest from gut sua so they gave me this so yay we’ll use that one lemon squeezed um this is almost one lemon I used like maybe one lemon and I maybe I used two tablespoons from here but this is what I have the lemon juice it’s freshly
Squeezed actually but um I stoed it cuz I need to use something else one tblspoon de syrup I’m not using date syrup I’m going to use my date powder instead and then salt and pepper um I’m going to use like whatever remainder I have from their spice crazy salt
Actually I have more I can’t find my refill so I need to look for that yeah and then I’m going to add in my other addins that I usually put into my salads so okay um should I me a dressing first hold on no let me do the salad and then we’ll do
The dressing because then I have more space I think yeah so you know I’m going to eat my salad as big as my head um uh I’m going to put in some of the ingredients in first because I can’t put all of them in yeah and I want to take photos as well
So so yeah oh I forgot to chop my Brazil nut H uh H yeah maybe I’ll do that later for the photo okay uh okay so this goes in and Okay all right yeah I’m eating all this I hope I can eat them in time cuz I have another live at 1:30 yeah which is why I’m trying to talk like really fast so that I finish this okay I’m not supposed to be using my left hand to do anything all

Red because I didn’t have the bell peppers we’ll put in some pomegranate it’s not super red plus I have on pomegranate you know yeah oh I should just make the okay you know what after this I’m going to make the dressing just like on its own uh what
Else I do want to put some of my ferments actually so I have my bimbing bow ferments I always have fermented frood in my salad so let’s do this I have my fun with the men’s course if you guys are wondering uh I also have this which I
