Shopping List:
– bunch of green onion
– 200g baby spinach
– 200g cherry tomatoes
– 100g white cheese
– 8 eggs
– 100ml milk
– 1tbsp white flour
– olive oli, salt and black pepper
also you can add some arugula and fresh cherry tomatoes

How to do it :
Chopping a bunch of green onions. Set them aside in a bowl. Next, cut 200g cherry tomatoes into quarters and wash 200g baby spinach. Dry the spinach with kitchen paper and set it aside.

In a big bowl, crack 8 eggs and mix them until the egg whites and the yolks are combined. Season with salt and black pepper, add 100ml milk, and 1 tbsp white flour. Mix everything well.

In a deep pan, put 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the green onions and steam under the lid for 2 minutes on low to medium heat. Then, add the cherry tomatoes and cook without a lid for 4-5 minutes. Add the spinach, stir everything, and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over our veggies, sprinkle with 100g crumbled white cheese, close with a lid, and cook for about 20 minutes or until the eggs are set on low heat.

If you want, add some arugula and fresh cherry tomatoes
