This is one of the free breakfast options. They weren’t terrible but definitely not something I would ever get again or purchase. I added seasoning and had it on garlic toast with some cheese and fruit to make it slightly more balanced. They have a piece of spinach and a few pieces of red pepper within them.

These are basically the same microwavable “egg bite” things you can find at every grocery store, right?
If so, it doesn’t get better by adding an “en français” translation!!
