Dude you're making me hungry. I cannot tell you how much i would LOVE to have some REAL eggs, on a pancake with a little mape syrup and plenty of real butter.
I am in a rehab nurding home right now and they are not allowed to use real geggs. They use this horrendously stinky fake eggs (think rotten eggs) that is a soybean liquid that they make scrambled eggs, quiche, egg bake with tatertots or hashbrown potatoes etc. The only REAL eggs are hard boiled. And when i say hard boiled I'm understanding the condition of these eggs. They're so hard boiled the yolk is a green/gray kinda color. That means they are wayyyy overcooked. Yours look perfectly delish.
