Mat set at roughly 80° fah after just a day and a half the kale is starting to sprout and today I’m going to transplant some peppers these have been germinating for 9 days and with these smaller seedlings I like to bury them beneath the soil because they will shed their seed

Shell as they rise up and this little cabinet I have an LED grow light it’s 100 Watts there’s a circulation fan I turn turn the lights off at 700 p.m. and on at 700 a.m. it is time to transplant the kale and the lettuce this is kale those are collards and this is

Little corner off on the paper towel so I won’t get them mixed up I have a little key thing drawn on there and I’ll put these on the heat mat here’s the current status of the beets and peppers and I’ve also turned on the 4T fluorescent light and in

Here is the lettuce and the kale there’s also a circulation fan to keep the stem strong around 10 or 11: in the morning I’ll bring the plants outside and here you can see the little pepper plants that are starting to come up from underneath the soil and I really do appreciate y’all

  2. I enjoy watching your videos very much. From the seed starting to the backyard wild life ❤❤❤

  3. BB, I'm desperate for wholesome entertainment. I'm going to rewatch all your video's. I'm 71, I live my inner gardener life through you. Thanks so much!

  4. I'm always impressed at how well organized you are with your planting. Cheers! May you have a bountiful harvest!

  5. I love how simple you make gardening. Thanks for sharing. I paid homage to you in one of my videos using the seeds, wet paper towel and zip lock bag method. I don’t have grow lights or heating pads, but the cabinets above my oven is a nice place for germinating.

  6. Love all your videos. Just wish they were a little longer as they are so enjoyable.

  7. Love seeing those daffodils out to welcome Spring. Squeak is feeling frisky celebrating for sure. Happy Birthday to the little seedlings popping up and eager to getting the garden season started.

  8. Thanks pal for great video especially when Ms Squeak is there, glad to see her so active and happy 😻

  9. I've been using your plastic bag + paper towel germination method for a couple of years now and I really love it! I seem to end up with stronger baby plants this way.
