I tried again today. I left the canner sealed until it had cooled some and then slowly took off the lid. It worked. They all sealed. Liquid is still there. Thank you so much. My first success!

Congratulations! Those are going to be great! We use ours all the time. Fry them, bake them, dry them off and mash. Very versatile. We’ve gotten to the point where we go to the local farm and buy a 50lb bag of spuds just to can.
