I selected the Spicy coconut chicken curry soup this week, but I just realized there’s an extra charge for the protein. Shouldn’t the chicken be included since it’s a chicken recipe?

From what I can see, the actual protein for that meal is meant to be the ground turkey. Had you selected that, then there wouldn’t be the additional charge.
It seems like they’ve advertised it as a chicken curry with the upgrade already selected, so if you’re not careful and double-check what protein you’re getting, you’ll accidentally pay for the upgrade.
To be clear, I think this is a dick move as why advertise it as chicken when the original recipe is ground turkey. Sorry this happened to you :/ I don’t think there would be a chance of refund either as from HF’s POV, you “chose” to have the upgrade, rather than actively change it to the original ground turkey.
