What’s up everybody yeah probably say what and they hate to see doing all right so what we got going on today right we’re gonna hit y’all with some more big bold tasty flavors all right but we still doing flavortown but we flip it a little bit and do a vegetarian this

Right here is a portobello mushrooms all right for most vegetarians this is state baby this is the meat this is like the head honcho so what we’re gonna do this with this we’re gonna take it and make a really tasty Portobello burger but I’m gonna stuff it with veggies and top it

With some cheese and then imma let it marinate and some marinate that you guys gonna have me okay now if I was you guys I would not go anywhere stick around So you guys saw my house doing my intro how I was just wiping off the mushroom with a dry paper towel that’s the best way to clean the mushroom you don’t want to wet our mushrooms and have it soaking up all that moisture because that’s what they do

Mushrooms absorb whatever you put on that being said let’s go ahead and get these portobello mushrooms marinate it like I told you guys before grill it and then I’m gonna stuff it so just start it off right I’m just gonna hit it with some olive oil both sides I’m gonna be

Very generous with the olive oil because I told you guys it’s gonna marinate for about maybe 20 minutes and I want to be able to let that marinate absorber that mushroom then that’s just probably gonna take some balsamic vinegar and let me hit both sides are the balsamic vinegar

Both sides of the mushroom with the balsamic vinegar yeah I see where I’m going with this okay Dan those peppercorn many then I always use cuz they have so much flavor I’m going to hit both sides of this little bit Oh with that okay both sides

And then guys I’m with some salt the same way because you know why we go always building layers you guys already know how to do all right so here is the sauce take the straw okay both sides of the portobello okay and then guys what I’m gonna do

Take some of this fresh fresh herbs with you this right here I’m gonna chop it up it’s really fun great gonna chop it up this rosemary chop it up and then I’m going to take it and sprinkle it over and inside pull size on this put a little mushroom okay

Now what I’m gonna do now is let that marinate guys and sometimes just gotta let it marinate and what happens is those mushrooms want to serve all those flavors gonna do it very well and then I’m gonna put this in the refrigerator and then we go a little really and then

I’ma show y’all what we got going in there all right guys so now it’s time to make that awesome feeling for that Portobello burger and it’s real simple but you guys know we’re always building flavors so here we go I’m gonna take some olive oil and put it in a pinch and

You know we always start out with all the water and then I’m gonna take some asparagus I just took the spare against and chopped it up yeah this is baby and then we’re gonna take some red onion some thanks ring okay die we’re gonna take some a trio of peppers I got red

Yellow and green and then in there all right so good and now it takes a leukemia stuff yeah okay cool you gotta get going yeah i’ma take you guys already know when you’re using fresh vegetables the salt and pepper it just wakes up the natural flavors in that so

I’m gonna hit that with a heat couple to okay okay now at this point like I told you gotten poor it’s the tape okay yeah oh you say oh yeah oh baby some new baby but I got my old baby right here see it’s my day one not old baby I’m gonna

Take a little bit of Old Bay seasoning and just hit it like this that’s just gonna pill please to the fullest okay hey guys I got some chili powder but I think about a teaspoon of chili powder see those flavors Lines it lime lemon zest lemon zest it up in here like this here and if you can smell this how the vegetables are caramelizing already and looking so good it’s so good now this saute this jump jump mack daddy make it jump jump crisscross make you jump jump

Some of y’all are too young to know what I’m talking about so I’m gonna go ahead let that roast a little bit and then I’m gonna add a couple more injuries and I’ll be right back yeah camera girl I see you all up in those veggies ha ha so now we’re halfway

Where I want to be now I’m gonna add my garlic you guys already know how I feel about burnt garlic and all of it you don’t wanna do it like that so I usually cook my vegetables halfway then add the garlic and it’s just filled with platelets more so I’m gonna go

Ahead and add fresh garlic to that okay and then this is like right where I wanted to be right now cuz the garlic’s in there now I want to give this a little hint of sweetness you know so I went on in my head

Let’s sit and then when I saw was a bear I saw a bear like it’s like a little boo boo bear he was like up there dancing around up here playing right there and then when I think of bear think of honey I said oh yeah we do how funny so I got

Some honey right now don’t want to put in this all right just to give a little bit of sweetness man look at it just drizzle it over like that so I got the heat from the cayenne I got the sweet from the honey and those vegetables then

What I’m gonna do and shut this off and i’ma let it rest okay now what we’ll do now is go inside the refrigerator sweet you know what I’m saying pull out those portobello burgers and then I’m gonna throw them on my grill so yes that same

Grill that you saw me doing earlier good go it outside and ain’t going out there so we’re gonna grill this out again okay so stick around Hey listen man you gotta let me know when you start finding cameras guy cuz you know I don’t want hear about chance so got some moves people be trying to do what I’m doing they can’t do what I do I mean I can teach my cookie but it’s hard yeah nobody alright so

And now I’m gonna make a Mayo with sriracha and garlic earth real quick so guys this is Willie right take mayo check my oh it’s about two tablespoons right think a little bit of sriracha this is really easy by the teaspoons right hit it with some garlic by a

Teaspoon hit it with some fresh parsley get it with some time with some rays okay and then take some lemon juice you squeeze the lemon juice but you gotta cut it first squeeze the lemon juice I don’t have a knife stay right there all right

A little doing in there man and what I’m doing to mix this up right now all I’m gonna do use this for is to go on the bottom and the top of my bun all right oh my ciabatta bread then i toasted grilled it on there like bit real simple

Mean like so you got these slices of what I’m gonna do the city center of it and let that melt down a little bit and then I’m gonna meet you guys back over here we don’t finish this sandwich off oh yeah don’t forget guys we still gotta
