Yesterday I ate at a magical place called Memphis Seoul in Brooklyn and every time I ate, (and tried some of my friends food, obvi I got permission) I kept saying "IM MAKING THIS IN MY FUTURE"

I only had ingredients avail for Ramen Mac so that's what I made!

Shin Ramen noodles and dry veg packet (not the powder)
Butt ton of cheese (Colby jack and kraft shredded Mexican blend)
Milk
Butter
Sprinkle of gochugaru.

Next time I might add gochujang instead of garu (or maybe the spice packet) but what ever. It's amazing. With kimchi on the side obvi bc kimchi is life.
