We just got back from Tulum and took a salsa class. I was gifted an ancient molcajete from my grandmother and wanted to put it to good use. I’ve always struggled with salsa verde. But, I learned a couple cool tricks and figured salsa verde 2 ways was the way to go on St. Patty’s day! Ingredients are pretty basic roasted tomatillos, poblano, serrano, fresh onion, confit garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. One with avocado one without. It’s so good!
