Mediterranean chicken kofta kebab wrap

Ingredients:
2 Ib ground chicken thighs
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red chili flakes or adjust according to your spice level
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp olive oil
Flat Bread of choice ( i used mini naan bread )
Spicy chili sauce
Salad

Method:
– Place the bell peppers, coriander ,garlic, and olive oil in a mini food processor and make paste.
– In a bowl add minced chicken and add the bell pepper mixture. Add all the spices listed above. Mix well.
– Using wet hand, make the kebabs to desired shape, spread the mixture out to an even thickness.
– Cook the kebabs on the grill or in a heavy-based skillet or griddle. They will need about
4-5 minutes on each side.
