Today’s food! 1278 cals, 60g protein

  1. Breakfast – eggs over toast with a banana

    Lunch – kale salad with pear, orange slices, chia seeds, walnuts and a chocolate almond milk with a scoop of collagen protein powder

    Dinner – mushroom lentil soup with kale over mashed potatoes. Looks like slop, tastes like vegan shepards pie, delicious lol

    No snacks today. I would have liked to get another 40g protein but it didn’t happen. Better luck tomorrow!

    just wondering how the brekkie is 433 cals? is it extra large eggs and thick toast or something like that? overall very impressive though, i think it’s great to eat three solid meals like this, i wish i was like this more often 😅
