I was in my first week as a sous at a new place and found a few quarts with stuff labeled from 2019. This was in 2022.

My last kitchen ran a curry chicken salad 🙁 chicken salad with curry powder ): special and the boss was pissed we went through the first batch in a couple days. He said the at batch was meant to last 2 weeks on the line
