Looks a bit dry. Muscles still seem tight. Minimal smoke ring. Interesting… all 5 pictures are basically the same, so can’t tell if it would achieve a good bend test.
I mean… I wouldn’t turn it away. If it’s dry, it might require some sauce. Or maybe steaming it in beef broth would help it??? I’d try it, but can’t guaranteed I’d like it based on what we know about it.
