First Throw Down

I was in Atlanta for an extended work thing and my girlfriend came with me. We were already planning on doing a charcuterie endeavor while we were there, since it was going to be over Holiday. The place I was staying was right across the street from a charcuterie/butcher shop, so we felt like the plan was fate. We went a little overboard but I’m not ashamed. Here’s our attempt!
