For me, it’s very close to the real experience of eating pizza.

Keto Bread Pizza

2 pieces Franz Keto White Bread

1 tbsp butter

2oz mozzarella, shredded

A little less than 1/2 cup No Sugar Added Prego Italian Sauce

2tbsp bacon bits

4 pepperoni slices

Salt

Garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder

  2. Place on nonstick baking sheet butter side down

  3. Spread Prego evenly over both slices of bread

  4. Spread Mozzarella evenly over both slices of bread

  5. Add bacon bits and pepperoni or whatever toppings you want. This is just what I used.

  6. Put in oven 400 degrees for 5 minutes. You can leave it in longer if you want. I like it at just 5 min.

    Low carb Tortilla work great too. Honestly, I’d recommend Pizza Bowls. I don’t know if there is a Marco’s near you (I think Papa John’s does this as well), but you can get the Pizza ingredients in a bowl minus crust. All the taste of greasy pizza place pie. Yeah, no crust. But I cut my losses.
