Greek Yogurt and blend it with protein and ice, and some low calorie or natural calorie free sweetener, but add like a couple of Oreos to stay happy but compliant with calories. That’s a win-win.

I have been craving a strawberry milkshake for over a month! I get this struggle sooooo hard. All milkshakes from take out are 500 cals +++ such a struggle 😅

Honestly just make your own healthy one, I get those low calorie halo tops or yogurt ice cream and then put almond milk or oat based on preference and then put no sugar/low calorie chocolate syrup. It’s so good

You should have told him that one milkshake isn’t going to make him fat or ruin his progress. Instead of reinforcing the idea that milk shakes are a ‘naughty’ food and telling him all he can eat is broccoli after. Even if it is a joke, I’m sure there is some truth to it. To you, your boyfriend & anyone else reading this — you can indulge and go past your calorie deficit every once in awhile. Allowing yourself simple pleasures like an indulgent dessert here & there is okay. Drink the milkshake!
