I work at a restaurant and have a choice of these meals to eat/ I’m looking for the most filling and balanced high protein option that will curb my cravings what do you guys recommend! (Price is not a issue as I get a heavy discount)

    Grilled chicken 🙌 hands down. High protein and great side of vegetables to keep you full longer!

    Other options when you get bored, adding chicken or shrimp or salmon protein to corn and lentil salad.

    Other salad options are a bit heavier on fats and creamy dressings (which may cause to you go over your calorie budget) but hey, YMMV fats may keep you fuller longer and plus, gotta enjoy life sometimes! 🫡
