I just discovered shirataki noodles at my local H-Mart – I see a ton of posts warning that they can cause bloating and gas, so this recipe only uses 1/3rd of a single-serving package mixed with salad greens and seaweed salad as it’s base under an assortment of spicy Korean sides. Makes a generous-sized portion, scratches the cold-noodle itch without the calories, and is DELICIOUS. Note the salad greens and soy sauce (1 tbs) were cut off in the breakdown but are an additional ~20 calories!
