anytime i make mandu of any kinda it always turns out having too much air in it making the filling loose. How to fix?

Jjinbbang mandu translates to steamed bun mandu; your picture looks like you just used normal dumpling peels instead of flour dough. The air problem should be gone if you use flour dough!

Two things.
Leave a hole somewhere for steam to vent.
The other is to either cook or salt & squeeze any raw fillings other than the pork. Doing so wilts it down to as small as it’s going to get, not leaving voids in your dumplings.
