
Heat 1tbsp of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add in 1 1/2lbs of quartered radishes. Sprinkle with 1tsp of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for about 10-15 mins, until softened and slightly browned. Turn off the heat and top with 1/2-1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions (I also added a little bit of red onion and fresh jalapeño slices), cover until it melts.

How do they taste? Potato-ey enough when cooked? And do they maintain their spiciness?
