I started making baked oats a few months ago for breakfast and it’s a game changer for me in terms of staying on track. I like to have a warm, easy breakfast and this is perfect. My recipe:

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 125 ml 2% milk
  • 5g brown sugar
  • 10g of dark chocolate

Mix the first three ingredients together in a small oven safe dish. Top with chocolate. Bake at 350F for 30 mins and enjoy. This recipe is 290 cals and keeps me full until lunch but you could lower it further using skim milk, skipping the sugar, or swapping fruit for chocolate.
