My husband is recovering from surgery and I work full time + we have a toddler, so I pulled the trigger on a meal delivery service. This is the first meal we’ve had from Factor and it was really delicious! It’s their chicken tikka masala with basmati rice, chickpeas, and curry cauliflower.
It’s more filling than it looks, which is probably because it had so much chicken (41g protein for the whole thing). Only thing I added to it was 30 cals worth of air fried broccoli (not shown and not part of the 520).

Why do all these meals have to be so extremely high in sodium?!! Seriously, someone needs to come out with a low sodium version.

I’ve used Factor in the past and I enjoyed their meals. Food was filling & tasty, they have a good variety of options and I found them to be worth the price. y only complaint is that a lot of meals can be quite high in fat, like 40g+ & they tend to be high in sodium. I aim for around 45g-55g of fat per day, so it was quite a lot for just one meal. Still workable, and there were options that were lower in fat. Just tended to be the case for the higher protein / lower carb meals, but I guess we can’t have it all.
Edit: Maybe I’m remembering incorrectly because I was checking their meal options and they were all around 20-30, maybe I had selected a couple keto meals that were higher in fat.

Weird question, but how much packaging do they use? I did Home Chef/Hello Fresh for a while, but the huge box and ice packs (SO MANY ICE PACKS) were so aggravating to deal with that it made me never want to try another company.
