This is Italian sausage stuffed cheesy bread and you need to make it you’re going to start with a loaf of good sour dough I had this shipped in from San Francisco because well if you know you know you’re going to slice it down the middle then pick out some of the center

Part to kind of make a little bit of a boat then you’re going to chop up a red bell pepper and a white onion and sauté them in a pan and a little bit of olive oil with your favorite allpurpose seasoning now layer a generous amount of provolone cheese down into your hollowed

Out bread and add your onions and peppers then you’re going to grab some Italian sausage and stuff it all over the top you want to seal the edges so there’s no gap between the sausage and the bread then you can fire up the grill to 350° you’re going to place your bread on

The grill with the sausage side facing down and let it grill for about 20 minutes then give it a flip and cook it for another 10 then you can pull it off slice it up and serve it alongside marinara for dipping

  1. I would have to cook the sausage separately. All that grease in the bread is disgusting. Plus the bottom side of the meat can't cook properly. Thumbs down 👎

  2. Sausage is not properly cooked!!! Eating undercooked pork is dangerous 🤮🤢!! Better to cook sausage first then put it on the bread and grill it.

  3. I would of added mushrooms and black olives but that me. Looks good.
Also might be better to cook this in a oven then a outdoor grill.

  4. I love the idea, but let it cook a lil while longer Mama. Food borne illnesses are no joke. I know someone who lost their daughter as result. Gd luck!

  5. I would use hamburger, a good quality hamburger. And probably add other things to the bread, like black olives.
