anyone else eating their cultural foods/snacks and got no solid idea about the calories nor macros.. prayed to the macro gods and calorie gods

– Logged about 300 calories..
– 40g carbs (oooff 😂).. ?.. it’s sweets so it makes sense to have more carbs I suppose.
– And 9g of protein? it’s made with mung beans flour? Which is about 3g of protein per tbsp I guess (+ rice flour.. but that’s carbs right) ☠️
– 15g of fat because it’s deep fried? & there is some coconut oil in it somewhere? I overshoot a bit to be on the safe side 🙃🤟🏾

My best friend is from Sri Lanka and every time I go over to her house, she gives me treats! I typically just log 300 calories and try a bit of everything haha.

One of the reasons I eat OMAD is because I know that even if it’s a little sloppy, I’ll never go really over unless I’m eating rich foods or junk food
