I think it’s from the 1930’s. Blows my mind that an insurance company cared about what people ate. I plan to try the “Irish Moss Lemonade” soon.

Met Life released several of those cookbooklets over several decades (1920s-50s)–you could start a small collection! I love cookbooklets from that era.
