My partner and I were brainstorming ideas for dinner and I read aloud the ingredients I knew I had in the fridge. We both decided on something along the veins of chicken and dumplings. Then I remembered this recipe I saw on Serious Eats several weeks ago and put on the back burner. I asked to give it a try and it turned out amazing!
It took me about two hours from start to finish, instead of the suggested 3hr20min because I had so many of the ingredients prepped already (such as the chicken divided and homemade low sodium stock I made earlier in the week). 10/10 will revisit!
