I’ve never used store bought dough, do you let it rest at room temp before shaping it?

Looks great and I’ve made a few great pies with this dough too. Letting it rest for a few hours makes it easier to work with. I have a Breville Pizzaioli and usually use Trader Joe’s dough for my pizzas.

Looks good. I like to make pizza dough but next time I’m on the side of of town where Trader Joe’s is located I’ll buy some and try it.
