    My last post got roasted a little bit because of shitty pictures, hope this one’s a little better lol. Went with some 5 oz filet medallions this time

    Nice temp on the meat doneness .
    But I suggest to get that grill hot 500 + degrees for at least 5-10 mins. That will get those stainless steel grates hot enough for a nice sear and good caramelization. You can turn down the heat once the meat is on so as not to flare up too much.
