I still crave the beefy cheesyness of McDonald's occasionally. I usually just throw away the bun or give it to my dog or bird feeder. I feel bad about this waste of packaging, so next time I'll just leave the bun in the order. I order in the app and buy one get one free, add another patty it's less than 6 bucks.

Sometimes, it’s the only quick meal option. Just shows that we can hack even McDonald’s into a keto meal in a pinch.
