I decided to add an extension to my coffee cart to allow a bit more room for my second machine. The DE1, is always on the cart and I swap between a few other small levers, up now is the Vectis. Although it took longer than I thought, I have finally found my love for the Vectis. It turns out a basket change and simply trying a few different shot recipes did the trick. I find the more traditional 1:2 30 second shot is best for me and this machine. I’m sure others mileage will vary 😊
