That about a quarter cup of condensed milk and we’re gonna go ahead and add in one cup of water room temperature water okay and we’re going to mix this until it is well combined i usually add the water step by step because at times when you add too

Much water your powdered milk takes a longer time to dissolve but dissolving and adding little by little helps a whole lot so that is why i choose to do it this way Now with this recipe it is strictly to your taste so you can add more or less water if you wish the less water you add the creamier your ice cream would be but mind you you would be passing a lot of gas because you know what milk powder

Can do to you so for this recipe i used two cups of powdered milk a quarter cup of condensed milk and i used up to four cups of water it all depends on your taste okay next i’m going to transfer it into a cup And then we’ll transfer it into our preferred molds i’ll be using these baby cups today you may use any cup that you have at home I’ll then insert my popsicle sticks you may use chewing stick if that’s what you have i like to cover my ice cream before putting it in the freezer so that it doesn’t take up any smells that is in my freezer here i fill up my large ice cube trays as well

And i’m going to cover it with a foil and then poke holes on the top of the foil because they are all stuck together if you put the popsicle sticks in before attempting to cover it with the foil it’ll be a whole mess so yes i just do

It this way to make my life easy whatever i have that is left over you can just transfer it into any type of twist tie bags i have these small ones that i brought from ghana so i’m just going to put it in there and i’ll tie it

So we have the cup we have the tied up ones growing up oh my goodness this was a must-have we always buy less food so that we can have leftover money to buy this so-called cho ice cream and i enjoy making it for my kids in the summer time

Because they love it so much so now i’m just going to place these in my freezer overnight and by tomorrow afternoon we should be enjoying to ice cream paprika or availables it is the next day our ice creams are out we’re just going to go ahead and demold
