
• Cook 1/2lb of ground beef and use whatever seasonings you want (I used salt, just a little bit of pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, with chili powder). Add to a bowl with 2tbsp cream cheese (I used the jalapeno kind) and 1tbsp sour cream.
• preheat oven to 350. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese in a small disc shape, I used probably a little less than 1/4c. Bake for 4-5 mins. Once cooled down enough to be able to touch, they should be flexible.
• add the beef mixture to the cheese (I used maybe 1tbsp each) fold one side over to the other and press the edges in. Sprinkle some oregano and a little bit of red pepper flakes. Put them in the oven on broil for about 3 mins.
(The sauce in the middle is just Taco Bell’s brand of hot sauce mixed with a few dashes of cholula chili garlic sauce)
