It’s definitely better than sriracha at being chili crisp!
I can’t get enough of it. Lao gan ma with mushroom, Momofuko chili crunch, Crunchy Garlic, Kari Kari and Boon are also great and worth checking out

This stuff was delicious, but I’m on a pretty strict diet and it’s SO many calories, whereas Sriracha is practically free. So… Sriracha it is, for me.

I’d highly recommend Don Emilio salsa macha chili crisps if you want more heat and different flavors. It’s excellent.

Lan Chi is better. But this is still glorious. Assuming that’s the “Crisp” version. The fermented one is awesome as well but not as spicy and less oily.
