  • Baking soda, 0.75 teaspoon, 0 calories
  • brown sugar, 2 tbsp, 90 calories
  • Egg white, 1 large, 17 calories
  • Gluten free flour, 0.25 cup, 130 calories
  • Coco Powder – Unsweetened, 0.5 tsp, 2 calories
  • Vanilla extract, 0.5 teaspoon, 6 calories
  • Low fat peanut butter, 0.5 cup, 760 calories

directions:
preheat oven to 350
mix all the ingredients
make 12 balls of dough
space them out on a parchment paper lined pan
flatten them with fingers to be generally cookie shaped
add the criss cross pattern with a fork
bake for 7 minutes then let them cool
