Currywurst is a steamed, fried sausage, usually pork (German: Bratwurst), typically cut into bite-sized chunks and seasoned with a curry sauce. The dish is often served with french fries or a bread roll/toasted bread.

    Recipe:

For the curry sauce you cook 500 ml of sieved tomatoes (passata), 3 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of sugar, 3 tbsp of (apple cider) vinegar, 2 tbsp of instant vegetable broth, 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of hot paprika powder and some Tabasco to your liking.

Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy over some bratwurst. Sprinkle with curry powder.
