  1. I've subscribed and did this with my own twist didn't add the white wine or substitute with apple juice. I've added broccoli & carrots and added shrimp to the end cause they twnd to get smaller as the keep cooking. Since I precooked the shrimp and seasoned it only seems right to add before turning off heat. I also boil carrot & broccoli too so it don't get too tender in pasta. I personally like a little crunch.

  2. What heavy cream I should buy. Whenever am at the store I get lost. Any recommendation of what brand and what type of cream please?

  3. DELICIOUS!! I made this today for lunch and my family loved it! I sprinkled some red roasted spicy pepper flakes in my plate and it was fantastic!! Thank you for the recipe!

  4. You don't specify the heat needed during the cooking process. That's a huge issue I always have is never knowing what heat my stove needs to be at.

  5. I cook this almost the same way, but I cook the shrimp shells first in the butter and that is the start of the recipe and I do not use wine.

  6. This looks perfect u made it real Italian style Alot of them have Cajun seasoning look delicious but this is the one I'm looking for

  7. What is the difference between a shallot & an onion? I’m sure it’s either a preference or what’s handy but is there a taste/texture one? Great simple recipe on a classic dish. Thanks.

  8. I ran outta shrimp…. has anyone made this with chopped up chicken breast instead of shrimp. I love this recipe, but too lazy (not to mention, on a budget) to go to store for shrimp and i wanna make it again tomorrow
